Vinegar Candy

2 c Sugar 1/2 c Vinegar 2 tb Butter 1/2 c Nuts; Chopped 1. Combine sugar, vinegar and butter in a heavy saucepan. 2. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 270 degrees on a candy thermometer or to the hard crack stage. 3. Fold in nuts and pour onto a buttered cookie sheet. 4.
