1 c Hoist sauce 1/2 c Rice vinegar 1/4 c Soy sauce 2 tb Dijon mustard 2 ts Fresh ginger root, minced 1 ts Ground Anise seeds 2 Cloves garlic, minced Combine the ingredients together in a saucepan and warm them over low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve the sauce hot or at room temperature. It keeps, refrigerated, for several weeks. ~ SOURCE: SMOKE AND SPICE
