1 1/2tbFresh lemon juice
1 1/2cFlour
2pk(0.25-oz) active dry yeast
1/4cTepid water
2/3cSugar
2tsGrated lemon peel
2Eggs
1/2cRaisins; soaked in water for 20 minutes & drained
