2lgAnaheim chili peppers; seeded and chopped or 8 ounces canned mild green chilies, chopped
1 1/2ptChicken stock; Homemade
1cChopped fresh cilantro; 2 bunches
2tbUnsweetened cocoa powder
2tsGround cumin
3tbChili powder
30ozBlack beans; rinse, drain, and puree half the beans
29ozPremium diced tomatoes in puree
1/2tsCrushed red pepper flakes
1Lime; zest and juice
Kosher salt; to taste
Sour cream; plain yogurt, or Cilantro Crem
