1cZucchini; chopped (used a food processor for all chopping)

1/4cPurple onion; chopped
1Clove garlic; chopped (my addition)
1tbFresh basil; chopped (my addition)
DRESSING
1tbOlive oil
1tsThyme
2tsParsley
1/4cFresh lemon
1/2tsSalt
Fresh ground pepper to taste.
