Chicken Cacciatore W/linguini

4 lb Chicken pieces -- skinned & Defatted 2 ts Olive Oil 6 Green Onions 40 ml Garlic -- sliced thin SAUCE: 6 oz Tomato Paste 1/2 c Dry White Wine -=or=- 1/4 c Dry White Cooking Wine 1/4 ts Pepper 3/4 c Chicken Stock 1 Bay Leaf 1/8 ts Sweet Marjoram 1 c Mushrooms -- sliced Saute chicken in olive oil, green onions and garlic. Mix together the remaining ingredients for the sauce. Simmer chicken in sauce 1 hour covered. Serve with cooked linguini, rice or potatoes or other pasta Recipe By :
