The cucumbers in cooked pasta give it an incredibly fresh flavor. Play around with proportions to your own taste. Peel and finely dice vegetables. Cook pasta. Strain pasta and place in large bowl. Add fresh (uncooked) vegetables immediately and stir. Add salt, pepper, fresh basil, and serve. You can also add ff parmesan and any other fresh herbs that you like.
