Galia Melon in Port (Hl)

1/2 | c | Port wine |
2 | tb | Honey |
1 | lg | Galia melon; peeled and cut in 1-inch chunks |
1 | Pomegranate |
Warm wine and honey in microwave or over low heat on stove. Stir to mix. Place melon in serving bowl. Pour wine mixture over. Chill. Cut pomegranate in quarters; carefully remove seeds. Scatter seeds over melon. Serve cold or at room temperature.
