8ozOrzo; cooked according to package directions without salt or fat (cooked in vegetable or chicken broth if desired)
1cn(16-oz) Garbanzo Beans
1cn(4-oz) Sliced Black Olives (you could substitute pitted Greek or Kalamata)
4Plum Tomatos; peeled, seeded and chopped
2cFresh Spinach leaves; torn
2ozFeta Cheese; crumbled
1/2cLemon Juice
1/8cOlive Oil
1tb(more or less to taste) Greek Seasoning (I used Cavender's Brand and lots of it)
