1tbCapers; rinsed and drained
1tbSun-dried tomatoes in olive
Oil; minced
1tbBlack or green olives;minced
1Scallion; use equal amounts of white and green parts, minced
1Tomato; peeled, seeded and diced
1tbParsley or basil; chopped
2tbExtra-virgin olive oil
2tbLemon juice; freshly squeezed
