Mushroom Matzo Farfel Pie

1cHot water (I'll use a little veggie bouillon next time)
1Box (1-pound) matzo farfel
3tbBroth or soy sauce for sauteeing
1cFinely chopped onion
1lbMushrooms; chopped
1mdZucchini; finely chopped
2Stalks finely chopped celery (my addition)
Potato starch beaten with:
6tbWater (replacing 3 beaten egg whites)
Freshly ground pepper to taste
