1 | lb | Mushrooms; chopped |
1 | md | Zucchini; finely chopped |
2 | Stalks finely chopped celery (my addition) | |
Potato starch beaten with: | ||
6 | tb | Water (replacing 3 beaten egg whites) |
Freshly ground pepper to taste |
