1/2tbGround; roasted fenugreek seeds

2tbBlack mustard seeds; roughly ground

12Limes; well rinsed
7oz(fl) vegetable oil
10Dried Birds Eye chiles (widely available in Asian grocers - or similar)
41-inch sticks cinnamon
1tsGround black pepper
1tbGround asafoetida
