1/2 | c | Canned water chestnuts; quartered |
1/2 | c | Coursely chopped pecans; 2 oz. |
2 | tb | Fresh parsley; chopped |
4 | ts | Chopped fresh sage or 1 1/4 tsp dried |
1/4 | c | Chicken stock or canned broth |
2 | tb | Unsalted butter; melted, 1/4 stick |
Salt and freshley ground pepper | ||
