Shrimp Au Gratin

2 tb Butter or oleo 1 c Milk Dash of Tabasco sauce 1 c Sharp cheese, grated Buttered bread crumbss 3 tb Flour 1 ts Lea & Perrins sauce 1 Green onion, chopped fine 2 c Shrimp, cleaned, boiled Salt & pepper to taste Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk. Add seasonings, cheese and shrimp. Place in casserole or ramekins. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 325 F. about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
