Shrimp Remoulade

6 tb Oil 1 tb Paprika 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 Heart of celery, fine chop 2 tb Vinegar 1/2 ts Creole mustard 1/2 ts White pepper 1/2 White onion, chopped finely Chopped parsley Mix all ingredients well and chill. Serve on cold boiled shrimp.
