1 c Flour 1 lb Shrimp, shelled, cleaned 3 c Hot water Salt to taste Tabasco sauce to taste 1 c Cooking oil 1 c Onion, chopped 1/2 c Bell pepper, chopped fine 1/2 c Green onion & tops, chopped 1 ts Garlic powder OR>>> 1 Clove garlic, minced Make roux of flour and oil.
