1cPork gravy or stock or rich boullion (chicken or beef)
1lb(3 medium) potatoes, boiled, peeled and chopped coarsely
1tbChopped celery leaves (optional)
2tbParsley, chopped
1/4tsEach thyme, and either rosemary or savory
1/8tsEach ground allspice and pepper
1/8tsGround cloves
1/4tsGround cinnamon
1tsSalt, or to taste
