1dsDried mint; -or-
3Green leaves; finely chopped, more or less
1/4cOlive oil (could use less)
1/3cLemon juice (more or less depending on taste)
1dsSalt
1dsPepper
1/3cBulgar or less (optionally soaked for 30 minutes) (my family even skips the bulgar sometimes)
