| | PROCEDURE |
1 | | Cover cod roes for a few |
| | Minutes in boiling water |
| | To loosen skins, then peel |

| | (bowl). Discard garlic. |
3 | | Dice roe, add 2 Tbsp oil, |
| | And stand for 15 minutes |
