Turkey Mac Skillet

1 lb Ground turkey breast 2 ts Oil 1 c (4 oz.) uncooked elbow Macaroni 1 c Thinly sliced celery 1 Medium tomato, chopped -----------------------------------SAUCE----------------------------------- 1 c Water 1/2 c Thick and chunky salsa 2 (8 oz) cans no-salt-added Tomato sauce Brown ground turkey in oil in large skillet; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is of desired doneness.
