Cabbage Curry

         Yield: 6 Servings

2 tb Oil 1 ts Mustard seeds 1 ts Urad Dal 1 ts Mustard seeds 1 ts Urad Dal 1 ts Cumin seeds 1 Green Chili 1 c Mixed vegetables 1 md Cabbage Salt; to taste 1 pn Turmeric Heat oil, mustard seeds, Urad Dal, cumin seeds, and green chili. Roast for a few seconds. Add mixed vegetables and cabbage. Sprinkle salt and turmeric. Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes, then cover and cook on low until done.
