Cheese Tomato Toast

4 sl French Bread 3 tb Garlic Olive Oil 2 lg Ripe Tomatoes 1 c Shredded Mozarella or Feta 3 tb Mayo 1 tb Lemon Juice 1 ts Fresh Dill Combine Mayo, Dill, and Lemon Juice. Set aside. Toast bread in skillet with garlic olive oil. Spread mayo mixture on toast. Add sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
